In our practice we often practice mindfulness with our clients. Mindfulness is defined as a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. We also teach simple mindfulness meditation exercises. Many of our clients have asked us to make these techniques available online. This page is in response to their frequent requests.
